It’s been a while – I know. But right now I am writing to ask for prayers for my brother-in-law, Mark. He’s currently going through a bunch of tests at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester for severe headaches. I don’t know how much of the details my sister wants shared about it, but things are serious enough and my family is in need of your prayers. So please pray for him, for my sister Allison, and their four little girls (the youngest was just born in May). Pray for my mom who is helping to take care of the three older girls while they travel back and forth for tests and treatments. I may be going to stay with them to help soon, depending on if he needs surgery or not. So please pray for that as well. I always pray for people with headaches. I have had severe cluster headaches, my oldest daughter has problems, my nephew’s wife, several friends, too. The key is getting a good neurologist who knows headaches. Mayo is a pretty good place to go; my neurologist in Des Moines says the real expert is somewhere in Michigan, but I never cared because we finally figured out what works for me.
Anyway, there is a long list of what it could be and they will have to go through proof and exclusion to get there. Blessings and guidance to the family and the medical folks, and peace be with you.
